For our 1:1 strategy call appointments:
- A payment of ₹X (plus applicable GST) is required to secure your booking.
- Refund Eligibility:
- Attendance at the scheduled session is mandatory to qualify for a refund.
- If you attend the session and feel dissatisfied with the guidance provided, you may request a full refund.
- If you fail to attend the session, the payment is non-refundable.
- efund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the session date and time.
This policy ensures commitment to the session while allowing flexibility if the session does not meet your expectations.
